2. Service Description

Cliqueportaldo Bowling Club provides bowling services including but not limited to:

• Bowling lane rental
• League and tournament participation
• Birthday party packages
• Corporate event hosting
• Bowling lessons and training
• Cosmic bowling nights
• Equipment rental

3. Booking and Payment

All bowling lane bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

• Single Game (per person): 150 TRY
• 3-Game Package (per person): 400 TRY
• Unlimited Bowling (2 hours): 600 TRY
• Kids' Game (under 12): 100 TRY
• Family Package (4 people, 2 games each): 900 TRY
• Group Package (6 people, 2 hours): 2,800 TRY
• Corporate Event Package (per person): 750 TRY

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their booked sessions
• Following all safety rules and regulations
• Respecting other users and staff
• Keeping the facilities clean and tidy
• Reporting any damage or issues immediately
• Using bowling equipment properly and safely
• Following lane etiquette and bowling rules

• Ensuring proper lighting and scoring systems
• Maintaining clean facilities and equipment
• Providing bowling shoes and balls when available
• Offering professional customer service
• Maintaining a safe and fun environment

Users participate in bowling activities at their own risk. Cliqueportaldo Bowling Club is not liable for any injuries that may occur during bowling. All users must follow safety guidelines and use appropriate bowling equipment properly.
